You can't really use both at same time. As it's just when FULLY expended. But armor charges don't decay if I don't put a time use charge on. So basically go all in on one kickstart type. And don't use any decaying chargees. Or go all in on a decaying charge. Bungie toning us down , it's better to either or, both kinda defeats max getting max value.

Heavy Handed does not work with Melee Kickstart either, and if you have Well of Striking and Melee Wellmaker it is the same problem. It appears all kickstart mods have a weird delay. I wish someone would say if this was working as intended.
